- Arrange a place for everything including furniture placement.
- Select a modern pergola to compliment the italianate style of the home.
- Work with an architect to anticipate the future garage.
- Select hardy shade plant material with punchy colored foliage.
With a lot of careful planning we were able to seamlessly incorporate everything our clients wanted into a small footprint. Now they have an amazing pergola whose louvers open and close.
The shady side yard is full of very colorful perennials, a few blooming native trees, and a soothing water feature.
This creates a relaxing entertaining area. We placed their hot tub nestled next to some full shrubs so it feels incorporated into the landscape. We added tall evergreens to create a private space that feels more like an extension of the home.
